What a throwback, I remember the first time I played anything online at all was when I booted this up. 2011/2012, dingy ass $15 headset and hours of fun. Me and some friends use to make posses and run around the map looking for myths and legends, things felt better back then.

I was always a beast in this game. I love it. Brings back memories. I used to play and always get my butt kicked with the headshots at the beginning then I learned how to do it myself by asking all the guys level 50 who were really good. Learned how and other players saw my low level on the opposite side sometimes and thought I was easy prey. They could beat the other guys randomly paired on my team fairly easily, they always had trouble with me. Once they knew I could play they focused more on me. I would get a high score but our team oftentimes would still lose because the others weren't good. I always liked when I had players equal or better than me on my team. It made me up my game. And made for a better competitive experience when all players on both sides could play.

Love this game mode. My friend and I got to wave 42 just us 2, though that was years ago. Had another friend who got to wave 77 on a 4 person team. Not sure what the actual world record is though.
